Integrated Publication Solutions (Fairfax) will start sending DD2 files and process returns via XChangeIT on the 30th of June 2011.

After you have completed your application forms with IPS and have received your account number, you will need to ensure that your XChangeIT link program is properly set up to receive these files. Finally you will need to set up Posbrowser in order to import the DD2 files and send the returns from your system correctly.

This document will tell you how to set up Posbrowser correctly.

Setting up IPS in Posbrowser

IPS also have a policy of no early returns. Posbrowser now has a new option in Stock Mantenance that will prevent stock items from being early retunrned. When this flag is set then the item cannot be instantly returned in Stock Recieved and cannot be early returned in Stock Returns.  All stock received from IPS will be automatically marked as not being able to be early returned as per their guidelines.
