Removal of F9 from Stock Received

15/10/09 | by Phil [mail] | Categories: Announcements

Amongst the changes to stock received we have removed the F9 - Price Locked For Key. This function was causing lots of confusion for both our new and current Posbrowser users and given some thought to the invoicing process we beleive it can be eliminated all together.

Please click here to read the attached document that describes how Stock Received now automatically calculates prices based on either markup or margin.

If you beleive you have an invoicing process that does not fit one of these two methods then please call our customer support team to discuss your exact requirements and explain to them exactly what your needs are. The markup or margin method will fit the majority of invoicing methods, but we do acknowledge that there may be cases that we are unaware of that do not quite fit this mold.

I HAVE FOUND THAT HE CHANGES HAVE MUCKED UP THE INVOICING PROCESS FOR SEVERAL SUPPLIERS.

THE CHANGES HAVE NOT CHANGED THE FACT THAT I CAN STILL NOT INVOICE SELECT AIR OR EUROPRESS INTO POS BROWSER; THAT IS WHEN I CHANGE THE RETAIL OR THE MARGIN, THE WHOLESALE PRICE CHANGES. THIS IS WRONG AS THE WHOLESALE CLEARLY NEEDS TO STAY THE SAME.
tHE SAME HAS NOW HAPPENED TO KEYTEK AND GNS.
ALL OUR INVOICING IS NOW AT A STOP.
