Agents Record Book
The Agents Record Book section of POS Browser is a great tool for reporting on newspapers received, sold and returned without invoicing your papers each day.
Setting Up Agents Record Book
• Go into the Main Menu then go to Stock Systems, then to Agents Record Book.
• If Record Book has not been configured previously it will start in the Configuration tab
• Select the publication you want to be able to report on (You can put in as many as you want) and hit the > button. (Pic. A, Fig. 1)
• Once you have the desired publications in the right hand column hit the Save Button (Pic. A, Fig. 2)

Now go to the Publication Record tab and select which week you are putting data in for in the record for week starting field. (Pic. B, Fig 1)
Hit the edit button. (Pic. B, Fig. 2)
At the bottom of the screen you can choose whether to lock to a particular day or choose none and you can enter information in any day. (Pic. B, Fig. 3)
Also you can choose to lock to receives, returns or no lock. (Pic. B, Fig. 4)
Enter your data into the grid. (Pic. B, Fig. 5)

Once you have multiple weeks receives and returns entered hit the save button. You can then go to the reporting tab and get reports out of the system for paper sales and returns for defined periods.
